These terms govern quotations, bookings and services provided by Perdana Aqua Works Sdn Bhd. Please read them before engaging our services.
By requesting a quotation or booking work with us, you agree to the terms below. They form the basis of our agreement together with any written quotation we provide.
Quotations are based on the information available at the time and on what is visible during inspection. Where hidden defects are uncovered once work begins — for example, corrosion behind a wall or additional roof damage — we will pause, explain the finding, and agree any revised cost with you before continuing.
Please ensure safe and reasonable access to the work area at the agreed time. If a visit cannot proceed because access is not available, a call-out charge may apply.
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, payment is due on completion of the work. For larger projects we may request a deposit or staged payments, which will be set out clearly in your quotation.
We provide a twelve-month warranty on our workmanship from the date of completion. Materials are additionally covered by their respective manufacturers' warranties where applicable. The warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, third-party alterations, structural movement or normal wear.
You agree to give us accurate information about the problem and the property, and to inform us of any known hazards such as concealed wiring or asbestos-containing materials.
We carry out our work with reasonable care and skill. Our liability is limited to putting right defective workmanship under the warranty above, and nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by Malaysian law.
You may reschedule or cancel a booking by giving us reasonable notice. Please see our Return & Refund Policy for how deposits and payments are handled.
These terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia, and any dispute falls under the jurisdiction of the Malaysian courts.
